The reality:
The CEO (who only wants salami): “Just send me the offer. No extras, no frills.”
The IT department (who wants pineapple, olives, extra cheese, but gluten-free): “Could we have the details of the API integration, the ISO 27001 certificate, and a live demo with the developer beforehand?”
The legal department (who doesn’t want pizza at all, but salad): “We have fundamental concerns about the terms and conditions in the appendix on page 47.”
The project team (who wants a slice of everything): “Send over everything you have! White papers, case studies, videos… we’ll take a look.”
And me? I’m the poor wretch with the phone to my ear, trying to place this impossible order. I’m juggling 12 email attachments, 4 different versions of the offer, and trying to keep track of who asked for the vegan option.
At the end, I send out a massive collective email to everyone, hoping everyone will find their right “pizza type.” The result is usually… cold pizza and confusion.
That’s over. With echofront, everyone now gets their own perfectly topped pizza of choice in their own warm box. IT gets their tech menu, the CEO their salami selection—everything neatly separated, personalized, and served hot in a dedicated customer portal.
No more chaos. No wrong toppings. Just satisfied eaters… er, customers.
